Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Cloud SRE (AWS) to lead the design, implementation, and operational support of our next-generation technical infrastructure supporting Broadridge’s strategic applications and services. You will combine technical expertise with business acumen to deliver highly automated, scalable, and reliable infrastructure that meets or exceeds industry standards for availability, performance, and cost efficiency. You’ll thrive in our collaborative, cross-functional environment, guiding projects from concept to launch and championing our commitment to operational excellence. You will also mentor junior associates and play a critical role in upholding Broadridge’s reputation for reliability and innovation. Responsibilities Design, build, and support robust, scalable, and secure technical infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements and goals. Automate operational processes and deployment pipelines to maximize system availability, reliability, and capacity, leveraging tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS. Monitor and maintain service health using Service Level Objectives (SLOs), metrics, and Service Level Indicators (SLIs), ensuring continuous improvement and rapid incident response. Collaborate across teams, including application development, security, database, architecture, and vendor stakeholders, to define and review infrastructure designs for new and existing projects. Lead troubleshooting and preventative maintenance efforts to resolve production issues and ensure capacity, scaling, security, and uptime of all Broadridge services. Participate in technical design sessions, translating business requirements into detailed, actionable technical designs that prioritize automation, performance, and cost optimization. Guide, mentor, and support more junior associates, ensuring high-quality results and fostering a spirit of shared learning. Requirements 5+ years of experience with commercial service infrastructure at both a software and infrastructure level. Hands-on experience with common AWS services (required); Azure experience a plus. Strong understanding of system design and architecture, DevOps principles, service monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment automation. Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform, Jenkins and Git. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
