DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : L’Assistant(e) People & Culture apporte une assistance de qualité dans la gestion administrative du personnel et dans l’application des procédures ressources humaines de FHI360 Sénégal. Ce poste consiste à tenir à jour les dossiers du personnel, à soutenir le recrutement et l'intégration, à coordonner la logistique des formations et à participer à la gestion de la paie et des avantages sociaux. L'Assistant(e) People & Culture garantit un service client auprès du personnel et contribue au respect des politiques et procédures RH ainsi que de la réglementation du travail locale. RESPONSABILITES Fournir un soutien aux employés et au personnel des ressources humaines dans plusieurs domaines fonctionnels, notamment le recrutement, les relations avec les employés, l'administration des avantages sociaux, la rémunération, la paie, le SIRH, la formation et le développement. Tenir à jour les dossiers physiques et électroniques des employés dans le SIRH. Saisir les données personnelles des employés dans la base de données du système d'information sur les ressources humaines (SIRH) et génère des rapports RH. Servir de premier point de contact pour les employés ayant des questions relatives à leurs informations personnelles. Traiter divers formulaires liés à la documentation des activités humaines telles que les embauches, les changements de statut, les évaluations de performance, les avantages, cessations d'emploi, etc. Organiser des séances d'orientation pour les nouveaux employés et, le cas échéant, s'occuper ou servir de support pour les employés. Coordonner les entretiens et peut fournir des mises à jour aux fichiers du système de recrutement. Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées. ETUDES/EXPERIENCES BAC+4 en Ressources Humaines ou Sciences sociales ou Gestion Administrative ou domaine connexe. 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la fourniture d'un soutien administratif de staff. Bonne connaissance du code du travail Sénégalais. Expérience professionnelle antérieure dans une organisation non gouvernementale internationale (ONGI) financée par le Gouvernement Américain préférée. Bonnes compétences en communication et en rédaction de rapports Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) et des systèmes SIRH/Paie. Doit maîtriser le français et avoir un bon niveau d'anglais. This job posting summarizes the main duties of the job.
