You’ll lead the demand planning process, own a brand portfolio, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver accurate forecasts, optimal inventory, and outstanding service. The Role Be the lead process driver for demand planning across the demand team - standardising ways of working, uplifting capability and championing continuous improvement. Own an assigned brand portfolio , partnering with Brand/Marketing and Commercial to embed promotions, NPD and RI/RO into an integrated demand plan. Build and maintain an 18‑month, product‑level demand plan , adjusting for opportunistic/abnormal demand to protect service and inventory targets. Run the demand control process outside the optimal planning time fence , acting as the conduit between Supply Planning, Customer Service and Commercial to prioritise orders and manage supply/demand imbalances. Drive robust IBP conversations , using category and customer insights to strengthen assumptions, surface risks/opportunities and agree mitigations. Support RI/RO excellence , ensuring launches and deletions align with customer plans and minimising SLOBs. What you’ll bring: Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics/Statistics (preferred). 5+ years’ demand planning experience (FMCG ideal), with strong IBP/S&OP understanding. Advanced Excel; experience with SAP / SAP APO and modern planning tools. Sharp commercial acumen, analysis and storytelling skills; excels at stakeholder influence.
