The team has a strong regional footprint with offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, and Sydney. This breadth gives us close proximity to the companies we own and the markets we invest in. Our APAC operations have been based in Singapore since 1992. We invest in Asian companies to grow with them and to help them to become better investors Investment Contribute to team investment process and contribute to team management of assets Lead meetings with management of companies Attend all regular team meetings to discuss and present investment ideas Provide updates on company meetings and results at team meetings Represent Aberdeen Investments in client meetings Contribute to the passive investment process (full replication and optimized) and contribute to the team management of assets   Leadership/People Management Work with members in regional sectors under his/her coverage and lead on some projects Marketing/Business Development Present the investment process to prospective clients Work closely with distribution team to win new mandates Portfolio Administration Maintain model portfolios Plan and execute trades and ensure all trades are in line with requirements of client mandates.
