About the Team Cognizant Workday Practice continues to grow its Global Delivery Center in Manila. Join our dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals and be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, HR transformation consulting practice. The Global Delivery Center (GDC) provides support to Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different regions. We provide workday solutions as per customer’s needs and make sure that it’s delivered on time and follows the company’s methodology. About the Role The Integration Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team.  You will work closely with other teams to identify business and project needs, assist with staffing assignments, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants are monitored and adjusted appropriately.  The Manager typically reports to a Senior Manager level position within the Delivery organization.  Key Responsibilities:   Manages all aspect of customer support including workforce management, service level management, and customer relationship management Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday eco-system Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests. Resource coordination and allocation for team members prioritizing tasks/CRs within team Oversees team forecasting and utilization Coordinate with onshore counterparts for status, timelines, and resourcing requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects for the integrations team Reviews and improves deliverables produced by others to enhance methodology Ensures that others on the projects are utilizing the established methodology Leads initiatives that will help the company specially in Integrations Project Delivery Reinforces company policies and procedures to others. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field is required Strong Workday implementation experience 5 years’ experience with Workday   Must have active Workday Certification – Integration Core Additional Certifications (Preferred) - Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Financials. Good understanding of workday functional areas such as HCM, Financials SME of at least 1 Workday Module Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.
