Principal Consultants at this level will be expected to:    Responsibilities: Become a Workday Student product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation with a focus on higher education clients Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student consultant and provide knowledge, inputs and quality assurance for all Student practice processes and tools  Serve as a functional expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction Conduct sessions with customers to analyse business requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge Develop solutions to align with customer requirements Actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice Support Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews to achieve design and build sign-off Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for customers Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities Represent Cognizant Workday Practice as a credible expert in Student Administration requirements, process and solutions Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience supporting student administration workstreams in an operational capacity (Admissions, Enrolment, Records, Student Financials). Experience with business process analysis and mapping and optimisation in a higher education environment. Working knowledge of Australian higher education regulatory and compliance  2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software, highly desired.
