Job Description:     Job Family Definition: This role is for a senior individual contributor, who will be the team lead of Cloud Services Engineers.  This team will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions and infrastructure. The Team Lead will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of cloud projects while adhering to best practices and security standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies. US Citizenship Required Clearance Required: Secret Flexible Hybrid Role with requirement to work onsite at customer location as required Schedule:  M-F 9-5, Candidate must be flexible to work evening and weekends if required Flexibility to work on a monthly rotation schedule required Responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Cloud Services Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals and exceed expectations. Resolve team conflicts and address any performance issues promptly and professionally. Technical Leadership: Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based systems and applications. Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, industry best practices, and security threats. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex projects. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet the defined requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration and smooth operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project alignment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain best practices for cloud development and operations within the team. Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's cloud strategy. Education and Experience Required: US Citizen, Secret Clearance Required Certifications Required DD8750 -Security Plus or higher Security Certification (CISSP, CASP, etc) One or more of the following: AWS Certified Solution Architect Microsoft Certified Azure Solution Architect Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect OS Level certifications are a plus Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 6- 8years working experience in related fields desired.
