AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU- Secret (NV1) TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description Your Role:    Reporting to the Embedded Maintenance Team Lead the Operational Maintenance Crew Leader   is required to   lead their   allocated   crew and provide general supervision .   You will also   have accountability for:   Manag ing   allocated   team and resources and deliver serviceable   aircraft   on time and within budget   The p rovi sion   of   SME advice on availability of approved alternative spare parts and materials and present solutions to enable   aircraft   dispatch   Draft ing   and present ing   new or updated instructions to improve safety and efficiency of Part 145 Operations.    Mainta ining   awareness of customer requirements and present commercially   viable   options     About You:    The ability to obtain and   maintain   an AGSVA security clearance at NV1   CASA/DASA issued B1 licence   DASA KC-30A B1 Licence / CASA A330 B1 Licence   (6 months certifying currency in   24-month   period)   Current Human Factors Certificate   Demonstrated understanding of external technical and maintenance support networks.   Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in   aircraft   maintenance supervision   Extensive experience as a transport category   aircraft   maintenance team lead/supervisor in Line or Base maintenance environments.     What we Offer:   We have built our benefits to help you define your possible.    18 weeks paid parental leave    Flexible Working Options including - Hybrid Working, 9-day Fortnights, Volunteer leave, Varying   start   and Finish times to suit your family needs.   2 Weeks Paid Reservist leave    Health, Wellbeing and Generous Employee discount programs   Additional   purchased annual and salary packaging   option     Ongoing career progression opportunities- leadership development, education support, ongoing career growth through internal movement    Who we are:   At Northrop Grumman Australia,   we have been defining possible for the ADF for over 20 years.
