Poste basé à Avignon. Au cours d'une journée type; vous devrez : Manager une équipe de techniciens : coordination de l'équipe, gestion des plannings de maintenance... Assurer la sécurité de votre équipe : réalisation d'audits, respect du port des EPI, suivi des formations obligatoires. Gérer et optimiser le budget alloué Vous positionnez comme l'interlocuteur technique des clients : réponse aux réclamations, accompagnement de l'ingénieur commercial. Maîtriser les principaux indicateurs de performance / KPI de votre périmètre : CA, respect des obligations de maintenance, qualité de l'entretien, nombre de pannes. Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir : Vous êtes de formation technique et justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en management d'équipe, idéalement acquise en maintenance ou a minima dans un secteur technique. Professionnel engagé, la sécurité est votre priorité. Vous disposez de qualités commerciales et êtes à l'aise dans l'échange et la communication. Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique ou avez déjà travaillé sur des produits de type fermetures automatiques.
