As KONE Supplier Support Agent you will support our procurement processes mainly within German business units, but still being a part of a dynamic and international team here in Bratislava. What will you do on daily basis? - Ensure high quality of procurement documents and modify them, if needed - Confirm and update orders numbers and similar data - Handle incoming requests and prioritize your tasks (supporting your KONE colleagues abroad) - Arrange operational calls with KONE business units, if needed - Communicate with our suppliers regarding material supplies - Analyze data in SAP and MS Excel - Help to improve the processes in order to increase the quality and efficiency What we offer We offer you the basic salary starting from 1250 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
