Horário de trabalho:  Disponibilidade de horário Escala: 5x2 (trabalha 5 dias e folga 2) Principais Atividades: Atender e registrar os chamados e  ocorrências informadas pelos, clientes registrando os chamados garantindo a satisfação do cliente; Atender os técnicos para registrar o fechamento dos chamados e abertura de pendências; Monitorar as prioridades dos chamados;                 Garantir a rapidez na solução do chamado e satisfação do cliente; Garantir que o tempo de atendimento ao chamado (T1) seja realizado dentro da meta estipulada pela empresa; Garantir o atendimento telefônico ao cliente em 20  segundos ou menos (terceiro toque); Garantir excelência e satisfação do cliente; Buscar a melhor alternativa para atendimento dos chamados, direcionando os Técnicos de acordo com sua disponibilidade e localização geográfica; Garantir atendimento rápido e  eficaz, de forma a garantir a satisfação do cliente; Informar aos Supervisores, Superintendentes e Gerentes a situação on-line da operação, em relação aos chamados e pendências, visando agilizar o atendimento ao cliente; Garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes seguindo os padrões de segurança, ética e qualidade exigidos pela Companhia. #Buildwhatsnext   If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.  Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
