Otis groeit en is op zoek naar een  Service Monteur  voor in de regio Amsterdam.   In deze functie ben jij hét gezicht van Otis bij onze klanten. Je zorgt voor het veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren van een portfolio aan liften en roltrappen. Met jouw technische kennis én sociale vaardigheden ben jij een echte ambassadeur van onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en servicebezoeken aan liften binnen jouw regio. Zelfstandig beheren van jouw eigen werkgebied. Snel en effectief reageren op storingen, met als doel een oplossing bij het eerste bezoek. Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties om de werking van installaties te waarborgen. Klanten te woord staan op locatie en zorgen voor een prettige samenwerking. Wat mag jij van ons verwachten? Salaris volgens de geldende cao: €3.000 - €3.8000 een bonusregeling en onkostenvergoeding (€ 50,- p/m). Auto van de zaak + tankkaart (bedrijfsbus die je ook privé mag rijden). iPhone + abonnement. 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV dagen (optie om vakantiedagen te (ver)kopen). Een werkweek van  maandag t/m vrijdag van 08:00 tot 16:30 uur. Storingsdiensten volgens een jaarplanning, zodat iedereen dit ruim van te voren weet. Pensioensregeling: PME pensioenfonds. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team onder begeleiding van een Supervisor. Hij zorgt voor je planning, uitrusting, werkmateriaal en werkinstructies. Interne doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn bij Otis de standaard en geen uitzondering. Veel van onze supervisors zijn gestart als servicemonteur.   Is dit dé job voor jou? Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een monteur met oog voor persoonlijke aandacht voor de klant: Een afgeronde technische opleiding en/of werkervaring in de lifttechniek of een vergelijkbare omgeving. In het bezit van een  rijbewijs B. Goede beheersing van de  Nederlandse taal. Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden  – jij weet hoe je met klanten omgaat.
