This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines strategic sales planning with hands-on relationship management.   Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management : Maintain and grow a portfolio of elevator and escalator new equipment contracts by fostering strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our new equipment portfolio, actively promoting Otis offerings. Customer Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Sales Execution : Drive sales of new equipment solutions through proactive networking, participation in bids and tenders, and strategic outreach. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability. Sales Tools & Reporting : Utilize Otis’ sales platforms to manage your pipeline, track opportunities, and forecast results accurately. Negotiation & Closing : Lead sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection. Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow sales representatives and field teams to deliver seamless customer service and operational excellence.   Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in consultative sales of technical products or services. Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of commitment, reliability, and a results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
