Work within a trusted Defence Company Excellent Team Culture Career Development Your Role: As a Program Governance and Performance Manager for Triton, you will develop, implement and oversee program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with Defence Commonwealth and corporate policies.  Triton is a high altitude, long endurance, remotely piloted aircraft system that provides long-range, persistent surveillance across Australia’s maritime approaches and its broader areas of interest. If you are successful in securing this opportunity your key accountabilities are as follows but not limited to. You will have accountability for: Establishing and maintaining program management standards, tools and processes across multiple projects. • Supporting program reviews, gate approvals and decision-making forums, including preparation of governance documentation, briefing packs and minutes. • The provision of assurance that program activities align with contractual, regulatory and security obligations Monitoring, tracking and reporting on program performance against cost, schedule, risk, quality and capability outcomes. • Developing and maintaining program performance metrics and dashboards to support executive decision-making. • Identifying and escalating performance risks, issues and variances, and recommend corrective actions. • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness as well as maintaining the program’s risk management framework, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks. • Conduct assurance activities to validate program compliance with Defence standards, security requirements and contract deliverables. • Support audits, program health checks and independent assurance reviews About You: Minimum Diploma Project Management Tertiary Business Management Qualifications Technical qualification in a related field an advantage Experience in using project management and planning tools Demonstrated experience implementing Risk Management sys Demonstrated experience implementing and managing a performance management sys Excellent communication and relationship management ski Demonstrated performance, people leadership and customer inti Demonstrated understanding of in service support roles, responsibilities and practices A comprehensive knowledge of working within ISO 9001 standards framework What we Offer: We have built our benefits to help you define your possible. 18 weeks paid parental leave Flexible Working Options including - Hybrid Working, 9-day Fortnights, Volunteer leave, Varying start and Finish times to suit your family needs. 2 Weeks Paid Reservist leave Health, Wellbeing and Generous Employee discount programs Additional purchased annual and salary packaging option Ongoing career progression opportunities- leadership development, education support, ongoing career growth through internal movement Who we are: At Northrop Grumman Australia, we have been defining possible for the ADF for over 20 years.
