What we offer: Assurer les prestations de maintenance, SAV et interventions diverses chez les clients. Être le référent technique DEMATIC sur les contrats de son portefeuille Assurer le bon déroulement des interventions de maintenance et SAV qui lui sont confiées. (Respect des conditions d’interventions, réalisation, satisfaction client) Maintenir un niveau de service client et une disponibilité de fonctionnement de ses installations Réalisation de tout rapport d’intervention détaillés Assurer le suivi et le relationnel client, et identifier les opportunités de prestations additionnelles. Respecter les directives et processus Dematic   Déplacement national 80¨% (+ international au besoin) Flexibilité et adaptation horaire (nuit, week-end et fériés) Tasks and Qualifications: Qualifications and Requirements: Bac +2 de formation technique (ou expérience équivalente) Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de la manutention et/ou de la maintenance industrielle Personal Attributes: Bon relationnel Autonomie, Flexibilité, Agilité Sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans le travail Esprit d’équipe & bon relationnel   Other Skills & Abilities: Maitrise indispensable des outils informatiques Microsoft office Bases d’automatismes & réseaux industriels appréciées Anglais conversationnel souhaité Permis B indispensable
