What you’ll do: Job scope/summary: Leads internal technology projects within the Service Cloud (SFDC/PSA) ecosystem to ensure they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Job specifics/responsibilities: Manages the implementation of internal service delivery-related technology projects: Manages implementation of technology projects onto the Services instance of SFDC including plan, design, build, UAT, SIT, MTP, warranty & deployment Responsible for project scope, plan, kick-off, execution and close-out Manages project financials Meets or exceeds approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management. Manages stakeholder relationships. Manages first to mid-level stakeholder relationships, including communications Leads project team Manages internal as well as external resources within the project team Provides performance feedback on project team members​ Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods. On a development path leading to higher project management skills and PMP certification What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: First Level University degree. 3+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
