As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Provide overall leadership for the Area Managers and Technicians including EH&S. ​Manage above teams in efficient and safe resource allocation and delivery of excellent Customer Experience. Daily responsibilities: Engage, coach and mentor the team of field based managers. Connecting with them to ensure that KPI's are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field. Mentor service area managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers. Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.
