Main responsibilities: Electronics product ownership on specific products, leading the cross team for new product design, quality improvement and cost saving actions, preparing the requirement specification and validating the design. Report product change projects status at team meetings and cross-functionally in device tribe. Coordinate component engineering activities according to CR and KPPAP process. Participate to quality improvement projects with suppliers and supplier quality management organization. Make and implement electronics components test plans in line with designer and reliability function. Manage work with global team remotely and capable to plan product development from global function view.   We expect you to have: Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering (or equivalent). Working experience in industrial electronics circuit design and/or writing requirement specifications is a must. Familiar with logic circuit, can make the boards failure analysis and propose the corrective solution. Knowledge of PCBA reliability testing, including HALT, EMC, Environmental testing. Good English communication skill, ability to express technical matters adequately both orally and writing in English. Basic understanding of electronics design process from idea to actual product, including “out of the box” thinking, i.e. understanding product limitations from all perspectives during change process. Logical thinking way for problem solving ability. And Capability of using test tools, power supply, oscilloscope, multi-meter, electronics load etc. for problem analysis and solving. Analytical approach, capability to document design work. Embedded systems HW knowledge. Ability to express technical matters adequately both orally and writing in English. Good documenting/ technical writing skills are expected. Capability of using statistical tools for problem analysis and solving is a plus. Basic knowledge of project management skills is expected.
