Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez : Manager l’équipe Facturation : organiser les activités pour garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et le respect des délais Piloter et améliorer les processus : faire évoluer les méthodes de travail dans une logique d’amélioration continue, en intégrant les évolutions légales, fiscales et systèmes Suivre et analyser la facturation : mettre en place des KPI, fiabiliser les envois (papier, mail, EDI), gérer les litiges et assurer la conformité Former et accompagner les équipes transverses impliquées dans le processus de facturation Conduire les projets de transformation : participer activement aux projets d’évolution, notamment la mise en place de la facturation électronique, et accompagner les déploiements Ce poste vous offre un rôle stratégique, des projets à fort impact, et une équipe engagée.
