AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU-Protected (Baseline) TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time Description Your Role: As the Financial Reporting and Analysis Lead, you will oversee core financial reporting, treasury and cashflow processes, and statutory compliance, while actively supporting the business with timely, practical insights. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both deliver and improve outcomes.  You will be responsible for: Owning the month-end close – ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting Leading financial analysis and investigations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strength controls, and reduce risk Managing and developing your team, providing coaching and fostering accountability Overseeing treasury and cashflow management, ensuring strong visibility and effective controls Supporting annual financial close and statutory reporting, including preparation and filing of audited statutory accounts About You: This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while leading a high-performing team. You will play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and partnering across the business to drive better decisions.
