AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Yes RELOCATION ASSISTANCE: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE TYPE: AU-Protected (Baseline) TRAVEL: No Description Your Role:    You will provide essential administrative and office management support to ensure the Brisbane Base Maintenance team operates efficiently and professionally. This role is hands-on, varied, and key to maintaining a well-organised and welcoming workplace.   Deliver high-level administrative support to the leadership team and staff.   Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and meeting spaces.   Coordinate visitor access, events, and internal communications.   Prepare, format, and maintain business documents and records.   Support reporting, filing, and receipting processes to meet company standards.     About You:    You’re a proactive and organised administrator who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
