We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Supplier Data Analyst to join our procurement team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of supplier data in SAP systems. This position will involve processing tickets for supplier data creation and changes, supporting data governance efforts, and assisting in data quality monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of procurement processes, a keen eye for data accuracy, and an eagerness to develop expertise in SAP and supplier data management. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: Ensure compliance with supplier data governance guidelines, procedures, and standards. Support day-to-day supplier data management activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the relevant systems by processing data change request in relevant service tool (ServiceNow).   Maintain supplier parent – child relationship for suppliers in the vendor list Monitor supplier data quality and resolve inconsistencies by collaborating with internal stakeholders to collect and document supplier data quality requirements. Support data reconciliation across multiple systems by creating mapping files and consolidating data and by resolving inconsistencies. Participate in data migration and data quality activities related to supplier data within business projects. Support in creating training material, work instructions, guidelines and policies related to supplier data and assist in training execution. Follow company policies regarding data security, compliance, and procurement standards. Contribute to process improvements for more efficient supplier data handling and governance. Perform ad-hoc analysis on supplier data. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic functions), PowerPoint. SQL knowledge nice to have. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (preferred: PowerBI, SAP SAC) Familiarity with SAP R3 or SAP S/4HANA (experience with SAP MDG is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Able to work with trend technology and AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Self-driven, team-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
