Date Posted: 2025-11-27 Country: Croatia Location: Split Osnovna funkcija Učinkovito upravljati terenskim aktivnostima tima montera i/ili podizvođača za ugradnju dizala i pokretnih stepenica. Osigurati najviše sigurnosne standarde, optimalnu kvalitetu, maksimalno zadovoljstvo klijenata, uz kontrolu troškova. Glavne zadaće Upravljanje kvalitetom / isporukom Osigurati kvalitetnu ugradnju dizala u skladu s ugovornim zahtjevima i Otis standardima. Planirati sve aktivnosti prema dostupnim resursima. Provjeriti i odobriti planove ugradnje za proizvodnju. Ažurirati procijenjene datume isporuke u suradnji s tvornicama. Naručiti opremu, upravljati alatima, pratiti isporuke i koordinirati logistiku. Pripremiti i učinkovito koordinirati gradilišta uz redovite kontrole. Izraditi akcijske planove i pripremiti dosjee montaže. Savjetovati tim na terenu kod složenih projekata. Koordinirati završna podešavanja, nedostatke i zakonske provjere ugrađenih dizala. Upravljanje sigurnošću Provoditi prestart provjere i nadzirati ključne faze svakog gradilišta. Identificirati sigurnosne rizike i sudjelovati u definiranju i provedbi korektivnih mjera. Jačati kulturu sigurnosti provođenjem FPA audita i podizanjem svijesti tima o sigurnosnim pitanjima. Osigurati da osoblje dobije potrebne obuke. Upravljanje klijentima Pratiti i informirati klijente tijekom cijelog projekta, održavati redoviti kontakt s njima, kao i s naručiteljima i arhitektima. Isporučiti gotove uređaje klijentima. Savjetovati i podržavati prodajne timove kod složenih projekata. Upravljanje ljudima Zapošljavati i uvoditi nove suradnike, pratiti smjernice za održavanje i sigurnost te provoditi razgovore tijekom probnog roka. Voditi, podržavati i mentorirati tim uz redovite razgovore o učinku. Osigurati potrebne obuke za zaposlenike. Upravljati troškovima i pratiti KPI-je, kontrolirati vrijeme montaže radi osiguravanja učinkovitosti. Pratiti KPI-je, razvijati akcijske planove i odobravati sate i troškove tehničara. Motivirati tim oko svakodnevnih aktivnosti i strategije tvrtke. Osigurati administrativno vođenje gradilišta i rješavanje nepredviđenih situacija.
