Grounded by our strong roots stretching back over a century, our exciting journey continues – join us and let’s shape the future of cities together! 岗位职责： - 完成销售业务：提高备件销售额 1.带领区域内分公司工地团队提高备件销售量 2.负责区域OR指标分解，并分配到每个分公司及每个主管，制定团队能力发展和提升计划。 3.按进度完成区域销售业务 w 市场开拓：挖掘客户需求， 创造更多主动销售机会 1制定备件销售提升方案 2 运用总部零部件设计寿命， 制定区域内预防性销售方案 3 通过区域内定期的客户拜访，协助客户制定合理预算，推动大修机会 4 拜访区域内客户，了解不同群体客户需求， 提高单台配件销售金额，降低无配件产出工地数量 - 销售管理：提高修理报价覆盖范围，建立销售漏斗，规范备件销售管理 1销售线索的收集：通过对各分公司在保电梯的市场分析，通过收集主动/被动的销售线索，了解客户需求，创造更多报价机会 2在保电梯修理报价的覆盖量：制定报价量目标、报价的覆盖比例来提高销售漏斗的机会 3 报价中标率：指导区域内分公司提高报价成功率和中标率 4 价格管理：对报价项目根据折扣权限进行价格管理，达到并超越公司制定的利润要求 5 合同签回：对报价-合同签回的周期以及合同完整性进行管理，确保合同合理规范 6 完工-确认销售的转化速度：推动完工后的销售确认速度，实现配件业务短平快及高周转的业务特点 7销售进度管理：推动区域内分公司的销售进展，达到总部的销售进度要求 8安全库存的金额：建立安全的库存金额余量， 确保区域备件销售健康稳定发展 9 回款管理：管理和加速区域内的分公司备件收款行动，提高回款率 - 提供公司产品、政策、流程信息及指导文件：提高备件销售人员产品认知程度，丰富销售手段 1 根据公司产品政策定期更新产品信息 2 执行总部层面制定的销售方向及行动，并追踪行动产出 3因地制宜制定适合区域内分公司的销售方案，和保养经理共同制定执行计划 4 加速审批文件在分公司-区域-总部的流转 5 整理分公司所辖城市的维修基金申请流程，帮助分公司提高大修成功率。 - 协助维保总监做好团队管理工作：提高团队工作质量 1 完成维保总监指派的工作 2 召开每周会议，回顾各个分公司的销售漏斗进展及进度情况 3 协助维保总监召开月度会议，沟通交流区域内各个分公司的销售特点，针对未达标分公司制定改进行动 4 协助维保总监管理区域备件支持工程师 5 协助分公司经理管理备件主任及仓库管理员提高对库存的安全管理。 6 与维保总监协商团队发展方向，挖掘团队成员工作潜力 - 与供应线客服，总部相关支持部门沟通联络，提供非标技术/商务信息 1 根据工作内容与总部各职能部门接口人沟通联络， 并负责追踪落实获得所需支持 2 追踪紧急物料的供货速度， 加速修理完工时间提升客户满意度 岗位要求： 本科以上学历 2年以上销售业务管理经验 良好的沟通与协调能力 具备培训及辅导能力 具备项目推广经验 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
