ABOUT THE TEAM The Data Governance team is part of the Automation-Reinvention-Collaboration (ARC) team within Operations. The ARC team is core to the success of Parametric Operations and is inclined with vision of Ops2.0. This team works on identifying opportunities, developing prototypes, building custom solutions and implementations, e.g. providing automation and business intelligence support, as well as data expertise within programs and projects. ARC also works with core technology team as SME from Operations. ABOUT THE ROLE This role will cover general data governance requirements, with a focus on: Data Quality Testing Glossary Cataloguing Data and Process Lineage Critical and Sensitive data management Data Governance Metrices and Reporting This role will play an important part of ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the organization's data. This position requires experience with data governance concepts including data quality analysis, data profiling, and the tracking of data quality issues in partnership with technology and business stakeholders. The Data Governance senior analyst is responsible for supporting initiatives related to data cataloging and the maintenance of the data glossary. The role also involves passive observation and metrics reporting to monitor the firm's data quality.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES   Data Quality Management   Define and document data quality rules, metrics and thresholds in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.  Conduct data profiling, quality assessments and root cause analysis on critical datasets.  Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data quality issues & drive remediation efforts.   Data Cataloging and Lineage   Monitor and maintain data catalog metadata and the data glossary Critical and Sensitive data management Track critical and or sensitive data elements in the firm’s standard tools Other   Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards and external regulatory requirements.   Support internal efforts to build out tools and processes related to Data Governance and Quality  JOB QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience : 2-4 years Primary Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data analytics, or related field  2-4 years of experience in reference data, data quality, data management and/or data analysis  1+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL  Understanding of data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness)  Exposure to data profiling and DQ tools such as Informatica or Collibra Strong professionalism and communication skills  Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills  Cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver clear, effective communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technological implementations    Good to Have Skills Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar Financial Industry experience a plus Parametric believes each member of our organization makes a significant contribution to our success.
