岗位使命 ​​ 作为工业物联网相关数字化产品的技术产品负责人，您将主导需求转化、落地实施、功能规划，确保其技术方案深度契合业务场景，并符合公司全球数字化战略。您需在工业物联网、特种设备合规性及敏捷交付之间建立平衡，推动该平台成为行业领先的运营管理平台。 ​​ 核心职责 ​​ ​​ 1. 工业数字化运营软件平台全生命周期管理 ​​ 主导从需求分析到功能落地的全流程 输出业务模型、产品需求文档、功能策划、工作流程图等内容，确保需求可被高效准确执行且符合行业规范 规划产品路线图 维护和细化产品待办列表（Product Backlog），确保开发团队理解需求细节（如验收标准） ​​ 2. 跨职能协同 ​​ ​ ​ 与前端销售、运营协作梳理确定产品需求，并按照业务需求程度对产品需求制定优先级以及产品路线图 ​​与后端开发、测试、运营、设计、项目管理协作，推动产品功能实现，保证项目按时上线并高效运营 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
