Position: Why We Hire We welcome any persons who will find it exciting to work proactively to prepare for any challenging business risks along with our business expansion and globalization. 　 Position Details Business Legal We will provide legal support in each business field at every stage, such as changing services and launching new services, in addition to existing services. Rather than responding passively to requests from business divisions, active involvement is required, such as designing contract relationships while considering the overall picture of the transaction, and involving the parties concerned to lead to the resolution of the case with a sense of speed. Depending on aptitude and circumstances, you may be assigned to the Corporate Legal Division within the department or to the legal department of a group company (on loan). 　 Mandatory Qualifications: - Individuals with corporate legal practice experience (approximately 7+ years) or legal practice experience with a bar license (approximately 3+ years) -High level of self-motivation and strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders -Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills 　 Desired Qualifications: - Experience in Internet or Web business industry - Experiences of governmental/administrative regulations - Experiences of legal support for M&A, or litigations   #corporate #jobcategory04 #legal #jobsubcategory22 #operationdiv #organization08 Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
