Job Description: Business Overview With over 15 million accounts, Rakuten Bank is the largest internet bank in Japan. 　 Department Overview As a member of the system division, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all system-related aspects such as planning, development, operation, and maintenance. This will range from mission-critical business systems to user applications for both iPhone and Android. All systems are open system and we are actively adopting new open source technology. Our IT infrastructure determines the success or failure of the banking business, which we consider an important part of our social infrastructure. You will have the chance to enjoy the thrill of working on such mission-critical systems. We are looking for new team members who can stimulate each other and grow together with us. This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities across the System Division. You will be engaged in solving advanced issues such as Rakuten Bank's services, system strategy planning to realize business, and organizational management.
