Job Description: Department Overview We have two Fashion EC services below, and we became main sponsor of Tokyo Fashion Week. Rakuten Ichiba (Fashion Category): EC marketplace business with diverse item category and reasonable price. We pursue customer acquisition through big sale or cross-use with non-fashion item category. And also we run Fashion EC site called “Rakuten Fashion” Rakuten Fashion : https://brandavenue.rakuten.co.jp/ While consumer's lifestyle changes after COVID-19, apparel industry companies strengthen EC and put strong expectation on our Fashion EC business. We have been continuing huge investment on Fashion EC for making big success on mid-term strategy and driving service development and PDCA improvement (sales, marketing, logistics, UI/UX, business management) with cross functional project team. This time we look for attractive talents who have strong passion for driving project work with huge discretion 　 Position: Why We Hire To strengthen the system for further business expansion. 　 Position Details - Fashion industry and competitor research - Mid-term strategy and business plan development - Identify growth driver, define and monitor KPIs - Data investigation - Demand analysis - Sales process improvement, develop/improve sales support tool (BI tool, performance report) - Identify SCM strategy, issue finding, resolving - Project management and milestone monitoring - New service/business development - Strategic alliance with major apparel companies Through working in one of hugest Fashion EC business in Japan, candidate can experience deeply in Fashion industry and EC service. He/she can develop business skills with many-type of project assignment. It's very effective on career development in Rakuten group that candidate achieve goals in one of the most focus project, especially in our core service, EC   Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in data processing and analysis, as well as data-based strategic and service planning and proposal work - Data aggregation using Excel (functions, Pivot) - Basic knowledge of statistics Desired Qualifications: - Design and creation of KPI tools using BI tools - Data processing and aggregation using SQL - Data processing, multivariate analysis and visualization using Python/R - Experience in EC business, fashion industry, etc. - Experience in EC business planning or digital marketing operations. (With regard to data analysis, have experience in a series of operations involving all departments, including interviews, feasibility checks, process design, execution, and output) Others Information: Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country *TOEIC Score of 600 or higher is acceptable for fixed-term employees. In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.
