This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.  - Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.  - Raising local material requisition- Site Survey and report -Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.   - Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.  - Reporting: Regular updating of project status to senior management.  - Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.   - Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.  - Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's / Equivalent certification, Project Management, or a related field.   - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects.   - Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.  Working Conditions- environment: On-site work environments. - Travel: Regular Travel required to Project sites.
