Position Details In this position, you will work as a UX Designer responsible for site improvement and content design to make Rakuten Travel services more comfortable for users. - Realize designs that improve the experience by using a cycle of prototyping, user testing, and results analysis to discover issues and propose hypotheses. - The design lead will collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs. - Promote various development projects for building design systems, new services, and PoC. Mandatory Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in UX and project management Desired Qualifications: - Knowledge of HCD (Human-Centered Design) - Proposals for new services and improvements based on user research - Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and site performance - Experience in launching and improving applications - Experience in operating and managing e-commerce sites and large scale sites Others Information: Additional information on Location Rakuten Crimson House, 1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country) In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.
