Job Description: Business Overview We are looking for a talented UX Designers to join us at Rakuten Payment Service. With the concept of "Bringing the experience of e-commerce to the real world", you will be responsible for designing user experiences for Rakuten Payment Service, creating more user-friendly services for our customers. 　 Department Overview Based on user research (both quantitative and qualitative), you will create prototypes, test whether the developed apps and web designs truly function as intended, and work on improving the UX on a daily basis. We are also considering the introduction of an Agile Process, enabling quick improvements in short cycles of 2-3 weeks. You will be responsible for projects that involve collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams to implement these rapid improvements. Additionally, the team you will be joining consists of many multinational members, making it a fun workplace where you can communicate in English, especially with engineers, and work with a global perspective.
