Assist in lead generation and customer outreach to support sales growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. Assist in customer relationship management by handling inquiries and follow-ups. Work with internal teams (operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure smooth service delivery. Analyse customer data and service contracts to provide insights for sales strategy improvement.
