Job Description: Business Overview You will be a member of Rakuten Group, Inc. and carry out tasks related to Rakuten Mobile. Department Overview Rakuten Mobile is the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) approved in Japan in 13 years to provide high quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices, and started full-scale services in April 2020. In January 2023, the company will also begin full-fledged corporate services, striving to become the No. 1 carrier in the corporate sector as well. In addition, as a core business that will play a key role in Rakuten Group's future growth, the company is making large-scale investments and is attracting a great deal of attention both inside and outside of Japan. The NW Solution Business Department is in charge of developing mobile services for corporate clients by formulating sales policies and measures, analyzing sales, identifying issues to be addressed, and participating in the development of growth segments and growth companies, thereby raising the overall level of sales activities. Mission of NW Solution Business Department Create significant growth for Rakuten Group's corporate business by leveraging Rakuten Mobile's advanced network technology assets and synergies with Rakuten Group's businesses to develop and sell a new group of corporate network solution services. Position: Position Details - Understand customer requirements and work with the sales team to identify technical challenges and needs - We are looking for a solution engineer who will play a role in supporting the sales team as a technical expert in network-related services, proposing, designing, and building solutions that meet the needs of customers, and contribute to final sales. - Design/construction work for network projects and associated solution projects, 　or project design/construction correspondence in collaboration with design/construction vendors (including operation part) - Provide technical solutions to customer questions and concerns - Preparation of proposals and technical documents - Investigate market trends and competitive information and provide feedback to the company. Working Environment - As the Corporate Business Headquarters, we have approximately 3 to 400 people, and we plan to expand in the future. - Members come from a variety of backgrounds, including the telecommunications industry, manufacturers, trading companies, and venture businesses. 　 Mandatory Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of NW (CCNA level) -- Experience in designing and building networks using commercial routers    (even on a small scale) - Have experience in making some kind of proposal to the customer and being accepted. - NW operation experience and basic knowledge - Japanese: Native level - Japanese resume submission required Desired Qualifications: - Acquisition of CCNP or Network Specialist qualification - ITIL EXPERT QUALIFICATION OR EQUIVALENT - Acquisition of PMP or project manager qualification - Acquired ITIL4 Foundation - Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards - Experience in designing the installation of Wi-Fi access points - Understanding of basic networking terms such as VRRP, LAG, and 802.1Q - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders - English proficiency at a conversational level - Experience leading new business development in the ICT field #business #developmentsupport #operationdiv #RakutenMobile Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
