With tasks ranging from hearing the hiring needs of the CS Division to job creation, population formation, interview handling, offer interviews, and other closing tasks. Mid-career recruiter will be responsible for the following: - Hearing of needs to the field - Creation of Job Description - KPI management - Agent management - Media management - Interviewing - Offer interviews - Candidate follow-up, etc. *Both Business and Engineering positions will be assigned. *In addition to the above recruiting duties, recruiting projects at overseas universities, etc. might be assigned. *In the future, there is a possibility for assigning as a management role in general human resources.
