We provide over 70 various services such as online shopping mall “Rakuten Ichiba ”, online travel service “Rakuten Travel”, online banking service “Rakuten Bank” and others including pro-sports businesses and telecommunication businesses.   　   Department Overview   While working for Rakuten Group, Inc. , you will be responsible for the accounting of Rakuten Mobile, Inc.   Rakuten Mobile, Inc. has entered the carrier business with innovative technology and forward-thinking spirit, and continues to take on the challenge of providing attractive services.   In order to create innovative services of a global standard, the company promotes the creation of systems and environments that enable each individual to challenge his or her own potential to the fullest and expand his or her field of activity.   The Accounting Section of the Finance and Accounting Strategy Department of Rakuten Group, Inc. to which you will be assigned, consists of four groups - Corporate Accounting Group, Business Accounting Group, Fixed Assets Group and Tax Group - and is responsible for the overall financial accounting area.   We are looking for the candidate to manage the organization under Corporate Accounting Group.   As a professional in accounting, our mission is to enhance the excellence of financial reporting by adhering to relevant regulations, thereby strengthening transparency and trust with both internal and external stakeholders, and continuously providing information that contributes to management decision-making.   The business is continuously expanding, and there are many opportunities to engage in various tasks, and you can acquire a wide range of experience and skills while utilizing your experience and accounting knowledge. Position Details   - Financial statements (standalone accounts, consolidated reporting), compliance with company law, audit compliance   - Correspond with accounting treatment under IFRS, JGAAP and Tax Law - Planning and implementation of cross-company accounting operations - Establishment of internal allocation process and guidelines    - M&As and Organization restructuring, etc.   - Mentoring and training members and improving organizational capacity Work Environment   - Finance and Accounting Strategy Department Accounting Section: A pproximately 60members - Corporate Accounting Group: A pproximately 10members Mid-career employees with diverse backgrounds such as telecommunications, internet services, advertising, manufacturing, audit firms, and tax accountant firms are thriving in our company.
