Job Description: Department Overview To provide high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices, Rakuten Mobile is the fourth MNO (mobile network operator) approved in Japan for the first time in 13 years. In August 2021, it exceeded 5 million lines and is growing rapidly. Full-scale provision of services to corporations began in January 2023, and large-scale investments are being made as core businesses that will support the growth of the Rakuten Group in the future. This organization will be a department that provides mobile services for corporate customers. We are currently preparing for a full-fledged start and will participate in the business as a core member of the business expansion. We will work together with the sales department and customer support to maximize productivity. Position Details Rakuten Mobile's corporate services are one of the businesses that attract the most attention across Rakuten. As a manager candidate for system planning, which is at the core of this, you will be able to be involved in large-scale projects that provide new services to the world. <System planning work content> [Requirements definition work] In order to provide MNO services for corporations, I am responsible for drafting development content, defining business requirements, and negotiating rights with the development team. [Service maintenance work] We perform system maintenance and management to ensure stable system operation. Mandatory Qualifications: ・Those who can continue to challenge as a team ・Those who can make efforts to provide new services to the world Desired Qualifications: ・ Experience using English in business (daily conversation is OK) Additional information on English Qualification By 2024, we aim to have all employees acquire a TOEIC score of 800 or higher. Those who do not have a TOEIC score before joining the company are required to take the TOEIC IP test after joining the company. (Once a month, free for full-time employees only) Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
