Examples of programs in charge: Self Assessment Survey, operation of the internal learning portal, AI utilization projects, collaborative projects with overseas entities, etc. There are programs not only for specific departments, but also for the entire company, and they vary in size. In addition to the revision and operation of existing programs, there are also opportunities to be involved in planning on a 0⇒1 basis.   Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in planning, implementation and operation of HR department in a business company (talent management area is a plus) or equivalent experience in HR consulting firm or human resource development service company - English proficiency at daily conversational level, fluent Japanese Desired Qualifications: - Experience in program design, implementation, and operation in the talent management area - Experience in making proposals to and negotiating with executives - Experience participating in global projects - Business level English proficiency (approximate TOEIC score: 800) #corporate #learninganddevelopment #operationdiv Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
