Date Posted: 2025-11-25 Country: Poland Location: Konstruktorska 13, Warszawa 02-673, Poland Kontroler kontraktów długoterminowych i księgi głównej (k/m) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Zakres obowiązków: Kontrola realizacji kontraktów długoterminowych pod kątem finansowym (uzgodnienie kont bilansowych i P&L) oraz zgodności z umowami Analiza kosztów, przychodów oraz marż na kontraktach długoterminowych Współpraca z kierownikami projektów w zakresie budżetowania oraz rozliczania i zamykania kontraktów długoterminowych Przygotowywanie danych do rozliczenia podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych na kontraktach długoterminowych Kontrola księgi głównej, w tym weryfikacja poprawności zapisów, uzgadnianie sald oraz analiza odchyleń wg UoR oraz USGAAP Udział w procesie zamknięcia okresów sprawozdawczych i przygotowywaniu danych do sprawozdań finansowych wg. UoR oraz USGAAP Uzgadnianie różnic między sprawozdaniem finansowym wg UoR a sporządzonym według USGAAP Przygotowywanie pakietu do sprawozdania finansowego skonsolidowanego dla głównego udziałowca wg. włoskich standardów Udział w audytach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych Nadzór nad zewnętrznym partnerem biznesowym GBS Wymagania: Wykształcenie wyższe (finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomia), Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w kontrolingu lub analizie finansowej, Znajomość zasad rachunkowości kontraktów długoterminowych, Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel, znajomość systemów ERP, Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i pracy z dużą ilością danych, Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole, Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2/C1 (współpraca z osobami z innych krajów).
