Position:   DX Solution Sales (Rakuten Mobile) Background for Recruitment: We are seeking talent to be responsible for Rakuten Mobile's DX solution sales due to business expansion. Job Content: ■ Job Summary DX solution sales to promote various services such as SaaS solutions, MDM, security services, Rakuten AI (generative AI software), embedded devices bundled with Rakuten Mobile communication (AI monitoring cameras, digital signage, AI robot vacuum cleaners, robots, Pocketalk, etc.), and devices such as smartphones/tablets/PCs, etc., that support corporate mobile utilization. ■ Job Details Select target customers and execute strategic approaches. Carefully listen to customers' business challenges and needs. Propose optimal solutions to customers' challenges by combining the various services mentioned above with Rakuten Mobile communication. Conduct presentations that clearly explain the proposed content to customers and specifically present the effects of implementation. Create estimates, negotiate prices and adjust contract terms, and aim to conclude contracts. Conduct follow-up after implementation to improve customer satisfaction. Collect market trends and competitor information and use it to formulate sales strategies. Collaborate with planning and marketing departments to develop and provide products and services that meet customer needs. Required Skills/Experience: Solution sales experience of IoT devices, cloud services, or SaaS (preferably 2+ years) B2B sales experience Work experience in the IT/telecommunications industry Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred Skills/Experience: Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or equivalent skill) Project planning and management experience A mindset to actively challenge jobs and new initiatives that exceed given responsibilities Experience in coordinating and cooperating with the heads of your own organization and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Experience in proactively anticipating and responding to the needs of internal and external customers in order to continuously enhance the customer experience.
