Our mission is to deliver uniquely value-added solutions that combine Rakuten's cutting-edge technology and extensive assets, helping enterprise clients achieve their own digital transformation goals.   We welcome individuals ready to grow with us and contribute to transforming how businesses operate in the digital age.   　   Department Overview   You will join the B2B marketing department of Rakuten Mobile.   We are responsible for the strategic promotion of not only mobile connectivity services but also various proprietary products.   Our daily efforts are rooted in the customer-first mindset—one of the core values in our “concept of success”—as we strive to maximize customer satisfaction.   Our marketing efforts span digital marketing, events, social media, owned media, and more.   Through daily operations, we support the professional development of marketers, helping you grow your skill set across multiple channels.     　   Position:   Why W e H ire   This is a replacement hire to maintain and strengthen ongoing operations.   　   Position Details   As a marketing team member, you will be responsible for both planning and executing product-level marketing initiatives.   This includes hands-on operation of performance marketing channels such as paid search (listing ads).   At Rakuten Mobile, you will have the opportunity to experience end-to-end B2B marketing and grow together with the business.   　   Work Environment   Total team size: 35 (15 in marketing, 20 in production/editorial)       Mandatory Qualifications:   - 3+ years of professional work experience   - Experience in SEM marketing (e.g., listing ads, SEO)   - Strong communication and coordination skills (internal and external)   - High level of interpersonal skills     　   Desired Qualifications:  - Experience in B2B marketing   - Data analysis skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau   - Marketing experience in the IT or telecommunications industry   - Business-level English proficiency (English communication may be required depending on assigned services)   　   　   Others Information:   A dditional information on Location   RISE Office, 2-21-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya- ku , Tokyo   1-minute walk from Futako -Tamagawa Station (Den- en - toshi Line / Oimachi Line)   　   　   Additional information on English Qualification: TOEIC score of 600 or higher, or a willingness to actively improve English proficiency       Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
