Moreover, we actively work to develop the new products and improve IT services through the technology, closely collaborating with the business. Main assignment of IT Manager is the leader of the technology group (technology teams) who drive the team members for the high-quality system development. Position: Why We Hire Additional resource for core insurance system replacement. 　 Position Details Project Promotion and Application support in Rakuten Life Insurance IT division - IT Lead for application group (multiple teams) - Promote IT project - Mentoring IT team members - Vendor control - Incident Troubleshooting - Improvement proposal - Cooperation with other teams 　 Work Environment Employees: Approximately 20 Partner Companies: Approximately 100 Under the System Development Department, there are two groups: the Core System Development Group and the Agency/Web Development Group.
