Why this role? We are looking for a Finance leader to drive financial operations in Malaysia, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic support for business growth. What will you be doing? Lead financial operations, including accounts payable, month-end closing, reporting, taxation, and treasury. Ensure correctness of managerial information such as order books, WIP financing, and key financial metrics. Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements (SST, corporation tax, statutory accounts). Drive on-time month-end, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting. Maintain strong internal controls and oversee treasury functions, including exchange rate hedging. Support expense reimbursements, payroll accounting, and provide professional financial advice to business unit leaders. Are you the one? You have strong experience in financial reporting, finance operations, accounting, and taxation, preferably in medium to large multinational corporations. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to interact confidently with business leaders. You possess strong leadership and communication skills. Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are required. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
