Job Description: Department Overview The System Division is an organization where you can engage in all tasks related to all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from developing core business systems to user applications for iPhone / Android. The systems are based on open architectures and we are also actively adopting open source technology. As taking on the important role of IT that determines the success or failure of the banking business, which is a social infrastructure, you can also enjoy the taste of it. In this great environment, we are looking for new members who can mutually stimulate and grow together. Position: Why We Hire Our mission is to provide a stable financial service platform. This position's responsibilities include not only design/installation/operation of OS, hardware and middle ware, but also work for data center facilities and external services, and coordination with developers. We especially welcome those who can lead engineers, and those who have the motivation and skills to become a leader.
