Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez  : Déployer la stratégie qualité : Garantir que les stratégies qualité sont appropriées et que les objectifs concernant la qualité sont attribués à des responsables bien identifiés. S’assurer que les programmes qualité d’Otis sont déployés, en respectant les méthodes et standards. Mettre en place les initiatives de satisfaction clients (VoC et Customer expérience) suivant le cadre défini par Customer Expérience EMEA. Déployer le programme OPXL par l'animation de groupes de travaux avec locaux avec les OA et OT lead  Préparation avec les OA lead des Comités Qualité locaux Présentation des résultats et plans d'action en Comité Qualité OU France Manager l’amélioration de la Qualité Chantier : Accompagner l’OA/OA pour définir les plans d’actions pertinents : Déployer et piloter un plan global d’actions qualité chantier (pilotage des PUI, définition d'un plan de réduction des AMT, déployer les plans de réduction des taux d'appels et piloter le process de traitement des appareils à l'arrêt  Présence hebdomadaire en agence partout en France Certification ISO 9001 / Lift Directive : Déployer le programme d’Assurance Qualité au niveau de l’OA afin d’assurer le maintien de la certification ISO9001, et Directive Ascenseur Module H d’Otis France.
