Arbeidsleder service til rulletrappavdelingen, KONE - Oslo KONE er en ledende aktør innen heis- og rulletrappteknologi, og vi søker nå en erfaren og strukturert arbeidsleder til vår serviceavdeling for rulletrapper. Avdelingen har hovedkontor i Oslo og dekker hele landet, med tilstedeværelse i Stavanger, Trondheim, Bodø og Bergen. Vi har totalt syv høyt kvalifiserte montører som sikrer trygg og effektiv drift av rulletrapper hos våre kunder. Ansvarsområder Operativ ledelse og oppfølging av montører i rulletrappavdelingen. Planlegging og koordinering av serviceoppdrag på tvers av regionene. Aktiv kundedialog og sikring av høy kvalitet i alle leveranser. Oppfølging av HMS, kvalitet og KONEs retningslinjer. Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring av interne prosesser og arbeidsmetoder. Kvalifikasjoner Relevant teknisk utdanning eller erfaring fra bransjen. Erfaring med personalansvar og teamledelse. Erfaring med prosjektledelse og kundedialog. Gode datakunnskaper og interesse for prosessforbedring. Behersker norsk og engelsk godt, både skriftlig og muntlig. Strukturert, løsningsorientert og med gode kommunikasjonsevner.
