Twój zakres obowiązków Realizacja wszystkich czynności serwisowych zgodnie z wymogami umów serwisowych, polityką spółki oraz procesami KONE; Regularna konserwacja oraz naprawa dźwigów osobowych zgodnie z wytycznymi technicznymi; Diagnozowanie usterek oraz podejmowanie działań naprawczych w celu ich usunięcia; Przeprowadzanie przeglądów technicznych oraz zapewnienie prawidłowego funkcjonowania urządzeń; Podtrzymywanie długofalowych kontaktów z Klientami, zapewnienie profesjonalnej obsługi i doradztwa; Współpraca z zespołem serwisowym oraz innymi działami firmy w celu optymalizacji działań serwisowych; Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa w trakcie wykonywania prac oraz przestrzeganie standardów BHP. Nasze wymagania Uprawnień UDT kat. I do konserwacji urządzeń transportu bliskiego (dźwigi osobowe, schody ruchome); Uprawnień SEP do 1 kV; Wykształcenia technicznego, preferowane kierunki: technik-elektryk lub pokrewne; Minimum 2 lat doświadczenia w zakresie konserwacji i napraw urządzeń dźwigowych; Samodzielności, odpowiedzialności i umiejętności organizacji pracy; Komunikatywności oraz umiejętności pracy z Klientem.
