Job Description: Business Overview The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services. We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile. 　 Department Overview The Brand Marketing Strategy Department is responsible for the development of all the creative products that customers see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business. It has already been 5 years since we started our service, but we are constantly improving our branding area while keeping an eye on market trends (user trends). The Brand Marketing Communication Section is responsible for driving all marketing communication initiatives from planning to execution in one team. The team environment is full of speed and logic where you can enjoy the dynamism as a marketer, especially in a high priority business in Rakuten group. As one of the groups in the section, Marketing Strategy Planning Group is mainly responsible for developing marketing strategies and KPIs, while designing and operating user surveys and analyzing related data. The group is also responsible for reporting the results to the company executives. 　 Why We Hire Additional hiring to strengthen the marketing communication area in line with the expansion of Mobile business. 　 Position Details The Service Communication Group primarily focuses on Rakuten Mobile's plans and optional services. You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks - Developing and executing service messaging and communication strategies. - Planning and directing the creation of advertising campaigns. - Developing and executing media plans. - Planning and managing events. - Planning and managing social media marketing. - Managing advertising agencies and partner companies related to the above. - KPI management. - Reporting to internal stakeholders, including executives. 　 Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in advertising and promotion at a business company, advertising agency, or marketing support company. 　 　 Desired Qualifications: - Hands-on experience in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns - Experience in developing and executing communication strategies. - Experience in the creative direction of advertising campaigns and materials. - Experience significantly improving KPIs through marketing initiatives.
