Examples of Initiatives: - Launch of Rakuten Points rewards for policyholders - Digital transformation of insurance underwriting operations using AI 　 Department Overview The Information Systems Division plays a crucial role in supporting the IT infrastructure of the Rakuten Insurance Group. In addition to maintaining and managing the core systems that handle our customers' important contracts, the division actively works on developing new products and improving services using IT, closely aligning its operations with the company's business activities. The IT Risk & Information Security team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT security and managing overall IT risks for Rakuten Life Insurance. This includes planning security assessments and driving initiatives across various IT risk management processes. This role is one of the most critical management functions for the company, serving as a central pillar in ensuring its success. Position: Why We Hire Additional staffing for project advancement. 　 Position Details - Planning and evaluation of IT risk-related strategies. - Management of system incidents. - Development and maintenance of information security policies, regulations, and manuals. - Collection of threat and vulnerability information, and establishment and management of countermeasure processes. - Response to information security incidents and development/improvement of management processes. - Management, auditing, risk analysis, and vulnerability assessment of IT systems and information assets. - Formulation and implementation of personal information protection measures. - Planning and promotion of data governance initiatives. 　 Work Environment Within the Information Systems Division, there are three departments: the System Development Department, the System Planning Department, and the System Infrastructure Department. Each department carries out its respective responsibilities while maintaining close communication with one another.
