职务名称 : CHN FL Spares Operations Manager / 前线备件运营经理                                                          汇报对象 : Head of Spare Parts Supply and Technical Support Center                                            工作地 : Shanghai                                                                                                   岗位概述 Job Overview 全面负责分公司备件仓库的日常运营与管理，通过优化库存结构，提高仓储物流效率，控制运营成本，并提供备件供应的技术支持，确保全国范围内备件供应及时、准确、高效，提升客户满意度，支持公司维保业务的目标。 Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the branch offices’ spare parts warehouse, optimizing inventory structure, improving warehouse logistics efficiency, controlling operating costs, providing technical support for spare parts supply, to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient supply of spare parts nationwide, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting service business goals.                           工作职能要求     Requirements 个人素质： personal quality 高度的责任心和客户服务意识 工作细致严谨，注重流程和规范 能承受压力，适应快节奏的工作环境 具备持续改进和创新的思维 专业知识和技能： 学历： 本科及以上学历，物流供应链管理，机械工程或相关专业优先 经验 ：5年以上在机械制造，汽车，重工或相关行业仓储物流管理经验，其中至少3年负责售后备件或高价值零部件仓库管理。 专业知识 ： 精通仓库管理流程（WMS）系统， Servigistics和SAP操作 熟练掌握库存控制方法，熟悉安全库存，订货点，库存周转率等关键指标 了解电梯基础知识，能识别和区分常用零备件 仓储及运输管理经验 技能： 卓越的领导和管理能力：能有效领导团队，进行绩效考核，培养和发展团队 出色的数据分析能力：熟练使用excel等工具进行数据分析，数据驱动决策 良好的沟通协调能力：能与一线的运营，销售，技术，财务等多部门高效协作 解决问题的能力：快速响应和处理紧急缺件，发运错误，库存差异等突发情况 成本控制意识：对仓储，人力，库存持有成本有清晰的认知和控制手段 工作内容： 仓库日常运营管理 规划，组织并监督所有仓库日常活动，包括收货，质检、上架、存储、拣选、复核、包装、发运及盘点 确保所有操作按照标准作业流程，保证安全和高效 管理仓库布局和规划，优化空间利用率和操作动线 负责仓库6S管理（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全），维持整洁、有序、安全的仓储环境 库存控制与管理 制定并执行科学的库存策略，设定合理的安全库存水平，减少呆滞库存，同时确保供应效率 主导全国分仓定期盘点，确保库存准确性，分析差异并推动改进 监控库存周转率，呆滞物料，借用物料，废旧物料返还等关键指标 与计划、采购部门协同，处理呆滞、报废零备件的流程 备件供应技术支持 对紧急备件需求提供快速的技术咨询与确认 售后备件的替代方案建议 质量反馈及跟踪 系统，流程和成本优化 负责仓库系统的日常维护，权限管理和功能优化 持续优化仓库管理流程，通过引入新技能和管理方法，提升作业效率和准确性 制定和控制仓库运营成本 合规和安全管理 确保仓库操作符合公司规章制度和健康、安全、环保的相关法律法规 负责公司仓库相关审核工作 关键绩效指标（ KPIs ） 物料及时发货率 技术支持完成率 库存周转率 呆滞物料比率 物料借用比率 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
